Cosplay of Spider-Man Miles Morales

In the comics, before Miles received his own costume from Peter Parker, he wore a knockoff version that most people agreed was in poor taste. This suit in the game is a take on that initial costume, which players can find and equip after completing the Kangaroo arc.

The Beginner suit is similar to the Black and Red costume, but it’s more form fitting and resembles more of a tracksuit. This suit is the one Miles wears in his early appearances before he receives his own costume from Peter Parker, as well as during his encounter with the Kangaroo.

When Miles first inherited the Spider-Man mantle from Peter, he didn’t have his own costume yet, so he improvised. This suit is a black and red homage to the homemade outfit he made up for himself, and it can be found after completing a few Harlem-based side missions.

After he’s able to save the day in his improvised suit, the citizens of Harlem reward Miles with this gold version of his Spider-Man suit. This is also the suit he wears during his battle with the Prowler, who happens to be Miles’ uncle, Aaron Davis.

In addition to these costumes, there are also a few other suits players can unlock by completing the Into the Spider-Verse story in the game. One of these is the TRACK suit, which is designed by Miles’s best friend, Ganke Lee. It is a more modern design than the traditional spandex suits, and it’s also inspired by the outfits worn by various characters in the film, including Roderick Kingsley / the Hobgoblin.
